Service provided: Rigging & Demolition

Client: A.G Coombs

New Air Handling Units (AHUs) were rigged and installed on the top mezzanine level of the building, requiring precise positioning and securing of the units. Strakes and other stabilisation methods were employed to ensure proper alignment and secure fastening. The old AHU units were demolished and dismantled, with all removed components safely taken off-site for disposal, thus clearing the area for new installations or additional work.

A riser pipe was cut out within an active plant room, which remained operational throughout the process. Special precautions and techniques were implemented to avoid disrupting or damaging the live systems while safely removing the pipe.
